Lost Save

So i got my game to crash whilst saving the game and now my savegame with around 100 hours on it wont show up in the menu, anyone knows a way to get it back or do i just quit playing the game.

They need to have a staggered save system given the problems.

there is a folder called "savedgamebackups"

im having the same issue happened twice and i put so many hours and had it perfectly set up

The game does auto backups. I corrupted my savegame and fixed it with the backups.

That sounds good, what do I have to do to load up this backup?

Alright i found it, just copied everything to another save game slot and it worked just fine. Thanks.

This Pc/Documents/Mygames/Farmingsim22/savegamebackup

just take the last backup copy everything into an empty save game folder and start playing again

I don't have a savegamebackup folder, it just didn't create for me

This is more or less same issue as I posted about 2 days ago. But my game didn't crash. I saved and quit the game. Then when I opened later same day, savegame slot was empty. But all files are in the folder on my computer. FS22 just doesn't want upload them. This is several days ago, but the slot is still empty!

My game just did the same thing, 120+ hours on my save, everything is gone thinking of Uninstalling

I am so glad i hopped by this thread had a 50 hour save game where i just had bought 2 X9 harvesters and saved to go to sleep next morning boom file gone this really helped me get it backfrom the other messages

Your car has a flat tyre. Do you just change it, or do you quit driving your car for good?

Well, nevermind...

Sane people restore a backup or just edit their save. You don't even need a mod for that, since it's just plain text inside xml files. You have a computer, now learn to utilize it.

You could learn manner aswell, and read the post date instead of being a ♥♥♥♥.
