Error: Data files corrupt. Please reinstall application.

I now receive this message whenever I try to launch the game. I have, yes, tried reinstalling it, validate the files, update graphics drivers and even running the application as an admin but nothing seems to be working. ANY help would be much appreciated.

i have since fixed the issue. what i did was reinstall it and once i reopened it, it asked me if i wanted to use the old files or something, i clicked yes... dont click yes because it brings the issue back. i had to reinstall it a second time and this time click no. so yeah click no after you reinstall it and you should be fine. hopes this helps --rednecc
