Can't load fertilizer/herbicide

I have thousands of hours on fs 19 and fs 17, and now on fs 22 i cannot load fertilizer or herbicide into sprayers or spreaders. I've tried different tractors, different spreaders/sprayers, bags, pallets, etc. This happens on a brand new game on elmcreek. I even uninstalled and reinstalled. The key for "load equipment" never shows up in the top left no matter what i do. Is this a bug?

What are you loading with?

Should be able to put the pallet next to the tool and hit R

Or get the multiuse silo mod that will sell you the material.

I've tried various tractors and sprayers/spreaders and just pull next to the pallets or bags, The cover opens automatically but i never have an option to hit R. Even if i hit R nothing happens. I looked in the gamepad/controller settings and don't see an option for load equipment in there with the R key....do you have that in your settings?

Which gamepad are you using? Because that sounds like a bug for sure.

Which gamepad are you using? Because that sounds like a bug for sure.

fwiw i haven't tried only using kb+m w/out the controller. it worked fine w fs19 so figured it would carry over, i'll give it a try w/out the gamepad and see if that works

tried kb+m only and still no option to load a fert....R never shows up as an option :/

Are you opening the cover? I know if I buy fetrtilizer from a silo, the thing never opens, I have to do it. Only does it auto for the bags

I haven’t tried it from a silo, just from the bags and pallets. And yea it opens the cover automatically when I pull up next to them, but still won’t give me an option to load. Have tried it with lime as well. Also tried sprayers and liquid pallets, still nothing.

Cover should not matter if you load from silo or pallet.
Some of the seeders etc are bugged.

10-4…the woes of a new release I guess. I haven’t tried a different map yet, but just curious, could the seeders/spreaders/sprayers act differently on other maps?

We are playing on Elmcreek and have not had a issue with filling the fertilizer spreader or the sprayer. We currently only have the small ones have not made enough to upgrade to larger ones yet but so far all the ones we have used have worked fine.

I have had this what I consider a bug at refilling stations and ponds trying to load water. What you have to do is position your vehicle and then exit and reenter your vehicle and then I usually find refill option appears. Usually.

I had the problem and simply couldn't load any liquid herbicide or fertilizer. I then deactivated all the mods individually and for me it was the "Manure System" mod that caused the problem

I ran into an issue like this trying to load herbicide into a greenhouse. I had to buy a tanker, load the herbicide into the tanker and then load it from the tanker to the greenhouse. Maybe you can do the same for the sprayer?
