There is no setting in the game for withering in FS 22. Even with Seasons setting turned off, crops are still tied into a monthly growth calendar and this is probably why developers didn't include a "withering" or "crop growth speed" into the game. Hopefully modders will introduce something that offers both of these options because many players would like to see each of these things back in the game.

I'm pretty sure based on the description, withering is automatically turned off when you disable seasonal growth. There is no separate option for it.

Thats exactly it with seasonal growth diabled your harvest isnt going to wither away.
We have it diabled on our server due to time constraints so nobody looses their harvest at least if time moves forward.

Sounds like many of the mods remove the simulation from the game

That is true, of course. Many mods add elements into the game that let people play FS 22 more as a sandbox type experience as opposed to a true simulator. That's what is so valuable about the modding community in that they offer so many fresh approaches to game play and a huge variety of choices.
