mowing in winter?
am i the only one noticing you CANNOT mow grass in winter IF there is snow on the ground, BUT, if there is no snow on the ground, and it is winter, you can still mow grass. kind of takes away the point of preparing hay prior to winter. Also, the snow melts everyday. (so far at least) Another thing, you should NOT be able to plow/cultivate during the winter months as the ground *should* be frozen. These are kind of game breaking for me. Also, not sure if im not doing something right, but the disc harrow and cultivator does the same thing, creates stubble tillage. the only way im able to actually produce a "cultivated" field is with the rock picker, makes no sense. Also, using a cultivator OR disc harrow should create a seed bed. Hoping these are bugs , or at least devs will look at our concerns and correct them. Another thing is if grass/hay/straw lays out while it rains/snows, it should decrease the yield slightly, or take a longer amount of time until you can bale it up. Same thing with bales, if they sit out in the snow/rain they should slowly turn moldy and unusable. Hoping the creator of seasons can tweak FS22 to make it more realistic as they did a great job with the seasons mod. Im way impressed with the game otherwise, just needs some tweaks. The gearbox and new sounds are the best thing to happen to FS IMO. Thoughts? and no tracks in the snow?!?! :(
