Please fix landscaping or let us use old building system
it is god awful and never seems to do what you want, and is insanely expensive.
Please have a way to turn off ground changes when constructing buildings.

It needs an "undo" button. If there is one I don't see it.

YES PLEASE! This needs to be added asap! So annoying placing a building, and it ruins the landscape around it. >ANd you only get half the money back when deleting it -.-"

+1 for an undo or confirm button on building placement and landscaping...

There's always "quit without saving", and i always always ALWAYS save before beginning any landscaping. (except when I don't, because apparently sometimes I hate myself). That's a far cry from the convenience of an in-game preview function, though.

But overall I've actually been liking the landscaping better than in FS19, it seems to be more smooth and predictable to me somehow.

I haven't seen any problem, Learn how to use it properly before you begin.

There really should be a snap-to-grid option for buildings. The free-flow is really good for landscaping but placing buildings without being able to set the angle to match is very annoying; especially for things like grapes/olives and silo extensions

I cant place objects, i need some recovery for tractors and tools but the construction is not allowed, no message...no sound...only the impossibility to place something. I have deleted the field 44 to make space for garages or similar but seems like the terrain is ruined to the construction tool

There was grid snapping in FS19, i don't remember which key it was. Should be also in FS22. Let the F1 menu open when you landscape, it should list that key.

1000000000% there needs to be a confirm button. FS19 had one, I believe. FS19 also had it where you could raise or lower the thing you were about to place. I mean I get it... you don't build buildings at a slope, but like... there shouldn't also be a giant bump either lol.
PS I'm enjoying the addition of lights.

The game DOES have it since certain buildings like the Bulk Hall for example when rotated will snap to a 90-degree orientation.

But has anyone figured out yet how to turn grid snap on for everything (and maybe not such an extreme 90 degrees. maybe 45 or 30 but if not possible i'll take the 90)?

P.S. Thier is a mod out that gives you full refund on buildings as long as the day hasn't passed. https://www.farming-simulator.com/mod.php?lang=en&country=us&mod_id=229185&title=fs2022
