supplementary watertank
Anyone get this to work? I place it beside my greenhouses, and it doesn't do anything. Cannot fill it, nor does it expand the water storage. Must be something I am missing?

You need the small water trailer to transport the water between storage and greenhouse

Not the water tank where you buy water from. The supplementary tank that is under silo extension category. I can't seem to interact with it to fill it with anything.

Right now I pull water from the river for free, but would like to increase the water storage capacity of the greenhouses. Apparently the supplementary watertank is extra storage. Just curious if anyone has gotten it to work.

I also tried using this, it was sat right next to my greenhouse but nothing happened. So I sold it and just went back to using the truck / tanker method.

Have you tried spacing them apart? If you're not seeing a capacity increase in the production window then its probably not working. But I know if I place greenhouses too close together and try to fill them with a large tanker, I have trouble being able to switch between filling one and the other and have to pull past the second barrel then back up until I get the overload indicator to come up for that one instead of the first.

So you got the supplementary watertank to work? The one under the silo extension construction tab? Or are you just talking about the blue tank that comes with the greenhouse?

Just talking about the blue tank that comes with it. Wondering if placing a supplemental too close to the default one has anything to do with it. But if you're not seeing an overall capacity increase after placing it then its probably just not working.

Just tried it out and its not working for me. Capacity remains 20k no matter what. Oddly, when selling the tank I get a harvest income along with the refund price of the barrel. Maybe its a water supply that regens over time or something?

Could be working then. I bought the tank to test it, saw no capacity increase so sold it. It gave me $1050 for selling the barrel then another $413 in harvest income, presumably from the water inside it.

It might be working in that aspect but it's for sure not giving water to greenhouses nearby. I sat on x120 time for a long time.

I agree, my understanding is it is suppose to auto refill the greenhouses as well. But that is basically a capacity increase. I don't think it will display that way though. Regardless on how it does it, one would think you have to supply water to it. Which there doesn't seem to be a way. It is like it's just decoration at the moment. I can't see what I am missing.

It's bugged, I've reported it along with a host of other bugs, I'm hoping that maybe Giants will get on this by Friday maybe?

Hopefully. That would be good. My farm is basically a water management farm at the moment lol
