Slow crop growth
For some reason, growing field crops normally takes 8-9 days. It is so annoying that you just have to sit around for like 1 hour. Please fix this issue.

this is not a issue... this is a game mechanic. if you look at the in game calendar, it tells you what months (days) your crop will be ready. this is not FS19 where you wait a day or so.

There are other stuff to do aswell? Do logging, work on animals etc

And even if you turn the Seasons setting off, the crops will still be tied into a monthly growth calendar. I'm sure modders, at some point, will introduce something that lets players speed up the game time.

tbh if you turn the seasonal growth off it doesn't have the option to select how fast your crops grow just like on fs19.

Set your month to 1 day and build a house. Boom fixed.

With what money? Diversifying is expensive and not an option early game. Like OP said I spent more time on my phone waiting for crops than I did actually playing.

A house for 150000 is a great investment since you can sleep in it

So you dont do missions? I basically set the time to Real Time, run all the missions that show up, then sleep for the day. Rinse and repeat until my crops are ready. It has been forcing me to actually take missions where other FS titles have not.

It would still be nice to be able to use the growth mechanic, that was used in the previous versions of the game for players who are not interested in seasons. In previous versions, I always felt like I was able to control the pace of things in the game to fit my play style. This version is too slow. I have a lot of down time, and frankly most contracts don't feel worth effort to me.
