Cant sell a field because "there are placeable items on it" but i dont have any placeable items anywhere on the map

so i've started a new game on Elmcreek and i bought a field to harvest and sell off. but now i come to sell it it ways that it cannot be sold because thee are place-able items that need to be removed. i haven't put anything on the field apart from harvesting it. its field 47. has anyone else had trouble with this?

Have you tried selling/demolishing the green steel bridge between 47 and the starting farm area (45, 46 and 44)?

i looked it up and it is just a bug with the map i think. i have seen a lot of other people are having this issue. if you buy the field your just kinda stuck with it

Different Map, (Z something) same problem with #47. No placeable near it as my stuff is down at 87

I haven't experienced such a problem, but some mod is overwriting your files and the game is stuck. Check the files and see if there are any mods that would have a bad effect on the game.
