Honey in-game

In the production chains diagram Giants have provided, they show jars with Honey. I'm wondering will this be a product you have to buy or can you produce it yourself, by placing bee houses and collect product from them?

Probably there will be bee houses to place. Previous games had bee houses since fs2011.
I assume they would work similarly to the chicken coop: a box you can move by hand.
