The problem is not the best perfomance. Problem is NO perfomance... It doesn't work. It crashs every time. Mostly before you can change something in the settings.
It's really interesting, that both game executable and steam api are shipped with both architectures (arm64 and x86_64), so there is a hope.
Dear Smorgasbork
So what do you mean with "it will work"? Can I expect a solution to the problem, I and many others are experiencing, with FS22 on a Mac M1?
So my experience so far is:
- I start the game via steam
- it loads til the main menu pops up
- the game crashes after i clicked on sth
...this happens every single time. Ans as i can read in the steam forums, it happens to a lot of people who wanna play fs22 on mac m1!
I'm very disappointed from the giants support and/or the steam support so far... In the description of the game and in an interview with a german youtuber and an employer of giants, the gaints employer said that it will work, not with the best performance, but it will work! And now nothing works...
@ Smorgasbork: When will it work?
