I think some of you got the 1 Year Pass confused; it's the base game plus all DLC's coming the first year from release of the game.

The base price, however, is identical. In another thread, someone is investigating the price discrepancy, so I'll wait and see how that goes. There could possible be an error on the discounted Steam bundle.
