Can I run it
After I saw the system requirements I was just shocked, 3x bigger jump in the requirements than fs19.
Most likely this game will be available to smaller groups of people with those ryzen threadrippers and such.
But, still im giving my computer a chance after seeing that it can run fs19 on 50-60 fps in high settings
specs:
intel-i3 8130-U
8gb ram
2gb vram
nvidia geforce mx150
222gb ssd

Of course we can't stop you trying but this is beneath our minimum specs, as others have pointed out. Keep that in mind, if you decide to try.

Nobody can really tell you right now. There's one thing I can tell you for sure. You are below the official minimum requierements. It could run, sure. But you could also run into issues, and Giants probably doesn't give support if you are below minimum specs.

I can only hope that they will optimize the game enough for other computers like they have done with their other games.

I can't be sure if the recommended system requirements are true, as it's
not seen on the official site, upgrading to a 6gb GPU during these times
are darn expensive...

Also, none of the steam store pages for past FS entries have recommended system requirements, only the minimum.

It's not relevant what's on any store page. Only what can be found on farming-simulator.com is official. I've seen a store with requirements far off, and those were simply wrong.

To be honest, all of the FS series were running well on my computer. So I think I might be able to run this too, as the graphics look the same and small changes were made to them generally.
Only thing that doesnt really make sense for me is why would I even need a i5 and 8gb ram for minimum? Other FS games run very well even with mods below these requirements.

Could be it's running fine, could also be the opposite.

Not only is POM a factor that could cost a little more performance (you can deactivate it though), it's SSAO that was added recently. Also, there is a higher detail setting, compared to the gamescom version and color grading. There's probably more to come within the last few weeks.

You could play it on geforce now with pretty much any pc as long as your internet is fast enough.

well thats a reaction that I expected
people saying "ouch" or "its too weak" while they stare at their amd threadrippers or intel i7's along with a msi rtx 3080 ti overall being more expensive than their health bill, but thats the standard on the game market, games slowly begin to get even better in graphics with the time and more taxxing on the computer am i right?

In all fairness, you came asking if people thought you could run it, and posted your specs which looks like it's getting dated.

Honestly though, if you can run FS19 fairly well, I think you'll be fine running FS22. Even though you're close to the minimum requirements. Another thing to remember, even though they delayed a year while waiting on specs for new hardware, they still developed entirely with last gen consoles in mind. Considering crossplay, I really don't think you have anything to worry about.

Optimization doesn't factor in incredibly dated hardware. Your silver lining is that FS22 will be ported to consoles, so corners will be cut to allow for weaker systems to run it. That said, there are just things that can't be done with old hardware, advancements in technology include firmware and processes that some chipsets just can't do (they simply didn't exist back when they were built.)

The FS games have always been particularly light and accessible, but there comes a time some tech just won't cut it.
