hOW I FIXED MY WINDOWS 7 TO PLAY PORT ROYALE 2

After the download... clicked play but game didn`t start. Steam was telling me game was already started. Closed steam... reopened, went to Port Royale 2 and instead of pressing play, click under for compatibility... checked every box... and it finally started. Went back and checked off each box one at a time, restarted ... game started normally every time until the last checked box. Game didn`t start.... steam said it was running in background.... I went back and rechecked that one box and haven`t looked back since.... BTW great game worth every penny.

Update your drivers if you're using an AMD Radeon card, because Catalyst 14.1 fixes the problems without having to do any workarounds in Win7.
