Then you must not have been buying games for the last few years. Literally every major released game has a timezone release schedule. It's almost never released at exactly midnight, because you can't. Midnight in which timezone? Yours? Japans? UK? Releasing it the way they are doing it with this DLC means everyone gets it at the same time, which means different times on different parts of the globe. If it was Midnight for everyone, then some countries would get it first, which would probably lead people like you to ♥♥♥♥♥ about that as well.
Are you? The base game is $59.99 right now in Steam. The DLC is $39.99 right now in Steam. You can get both together for $79.99. That means that people who don't own the game can get the game and the DLC for $19.99 less than people who already owned the game. Don't act like a jerk when you respond to people, especially when you're wrong.
