10th gen i5, 1650 and 16gb ram. Framerate definitely dips a little and had it stutter maybe twice so far. It's more than playable honestly. I've heard some people having worse issues with better hardware but most people are just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ because they're used to it on launch days of almost every game for the past decade. It can use a few features and accessibility options mentioned on previous pages in this thread but it's far more finished than anything that's dropped that's for sure.
