ELDEN RING PINK TEXTURE ERROR
I recently started playing Elden Ring and was surprised to find that the textures were acting strangely. The edges of objects in the world, as well as the vegetation, appeared pink. When I move the camera, the pinkness partially disappears, but if I leave it still, it reappears. This also happens in Night Ring. (I have the latest Nvidia drivers installed.) 591.86

I only found this Reddit post about my problem.

I hope you can help me figure out how to fix it.

I've already done it, and it happens in both titles.

hmm there was a problem with laptops and 4000 series GPUs where only the manufacturer recommenced drivers worked with the in use panel. so i would deinstall the GPU driver with DDU and install the driver from the manufacturer support website.

a other option could be a broken panel cable causing a colorshift at 3D use, so the questio would be if the problem appears only in elden ring or any games with a 3d engine.

Thank you so much for replying. The problem only occurs in Elden Ring and Elden Ring Night Reign; the other games look normal. I've been able to find more information about the problem under the name "pink texture error elden ring" on Reddit, and it seems to be more common than I thought, but I still haven't found a solution.

New information: I discovered that this only happens with my external monitor; it doesn't happen with my laptop screen, even though both use the same graphics card (I don't know why).

I've tried the following, but without success:

1) Resetting the digital vibrance settings in the Nvidia control panel.

2) Changing the monitor's color filter mode: Game, Photo, FPS.

3) Running the game in windowed mode.

4) Checking if HDR was disabled (it was).

Now that I know it's due to the monitor, what do you think it could be?
