I have given around 4 bell bearings to Twin Maiden Husks

Still, the only shop I can see is Patches + the starting shop

Is this a glitch

Most bell bearings that aren't obtained from killing an NPC merchant will simply add items to the default shop. Which bell bearings, aside from Patches, did you give? Ones like the Bone and Meat Peddler's Bell Bearings add to the husks' normal shop.

(Also, shame on you for killing Patches.)

It was a meat bearing, many thanks

And Lmao, Patches was like the first or second boss I killed, when he started hiding I just keep hitting :steamhappy:

No that's intended, and it's stupid.

Lol, understandable. Patches is actually a recurring character throughout Fromsoft games. He's a lovable rogue with a penchant for stabbing the player in the back (figuratively), then chickening out when confronted and offering merchant services. DS3's DLC delves a bit deeper into his character and makes him more endearing. I find him to be quite the interesting character.

Anyway, he actually does have a questline in Elden Ring, and by killing him you will miss out on a few items, including one of the strongest (and heaviest) armor sets.
