NG+. What's change?

I am not talking about difficulty. I'm talking about drops like the Talisman Pouch. If you can't get a new one what you get? Only runes? If this is the case, It's the same for items that you can't find because you alrerady reach the max quantity? Since i'm going to play other games for now i wanted to find an answer now. I hope I've made it clear what I mean.

The SotE is fun if you really like the Elden Ring style of game play. That being said, I did not find the new gear to be anything special or particularly useful. My impression is that they originally intended SotE to be Elden Ring 2, not a 'DLC'. It feels unfinished and in many ways, very basic. Worth about $20 and not worth a replay if you have played it once through.

I can recommend Sekiro if you want to step up your game. Am having a great time in that one, but I am having to learn a bunch of new stuff to succeed. :)

In NG + you can pick up second copy of certain weapons like Reduvia,
Scavenger's Curved Sword or Bolt of Gransax so you can dual wield them.

In NG+, enemies are harder and you gain more runes per kill, but you keep all your stuff except the Grace points, Great Runes and objects required by quests.
