Problem with online game. Phantoms can't invade my world

After a hacker invaded me, other players cannot invade me. But at the same time, other online functions work (I can invade, I can summon phantoms, I can be summoned)

I tried deleting the save and replaying, but the problem is the same in the new playthrough.

There is one strange feature: If you activate the "White Cipher Ring", the description of the "Finger Severer" will change to "Вас исключили из сетевой игры. Вы возвращаетесь домой" (You have been kicked from the online game. You are returning home)
