Sneak behind him and poison mist ftw. It's how I did it last night in Crumbling Ruins. Malekith was an absolute joke compared to that prick.

you can also summon great horned tragoth - its infront of the summoning effigy - takes a sec to appear

he typically shoots fire balls in 3s -roll forwards

its a cheesy boss so dont feel bad about looking up a cheese for it (its super easy to chase off the cliff)
