ban for using a reshade ?

OOf the 180 day ban is harsh. all you can do now is delete everything inc cloud save and any other saves all mod files must go and wait ban out. But pretty much all mods will get you a ban if you go online

the funny part is i always play offline but the last update (1.10.1) connected me i just didn't saw it :D

you didn't disable eac? always disable eac after an update if you're using mods, it can't connect online with eac disabled

The whole point is to prevent modded and cheating layers from playing online. So it worked..The fact you are a monumental dumb ass isn't FromSoft's fault

If you play offline anyways what does it matter?

all the pvp players are using cheat engine save online with all the items & weapons max out but i'm the monumental dumbass because i used a reshade :D

Moreso risking a virus / malware after buying the game legitimately. Pirated version can't be played online so what even is the point?

Renaming the executables is the "wrong" way because Steam thinks the renamed files are corrupted and replaces them after any update which is why your game went online even though you didn't intend to.

EAC is a bad anticheat software. Whoever decided to use it, whether it be fromsoft or bandai clearly didn't look into it more thoroughly.
Not that their previous "anticheats" were any better though. But at least you were able to use some mods.
