Thiollier questline

I finished the Thiollier questline last night, but before reaching the final boss fight, I didn't summon him for help. After defeating the final boss fight, I saw his body lying on the ground and I was able to pick up the items related to him, but they are not in the inventory now. I worked hard for them, what is the reason?

Yes, I didn't manipulate anything at all, but I don't know why I got them, but they are not in the inventory
