ice lightning
does ice lightning from the dragonscale blade ash of war and frost lightning incantation get buffs from stuff like magic shrouding crystal tear or is it only lightning buffs?

It is Lightning damage, so the Lightning-Shrouding Crystal Tear will buff it.

For the weapons you can even check in your inventory post-buff, you will have extra lightning damage listed as long as the buff is applied.

ah ok i wasnt sure since it also dealt frost buildup
