Trapped in Ranni's Rise after giving her the fingerslayer blade (FIXED)

I already retrieved the fingerslayer blade from Nokron and gave it to Ranni and exhausted her dialogue, and there's no one inside Ranni's Rise, but the barrier around it is still there even though she's gone and resting at the grace and killing myself hasn't worked. There's no one to talk to inside the tower, so I'm stuck and I don't want to lose this playthrough. I can't travel to other sites of grace either. Does anyone know of a way to fix this? I haven't heard of this bug and looking it up only comes up with the thing from before you get the fingerslayer blade.

I've found a fix that kind of works, although you have to use a cheat table. You can use the latest ultimate table at https://fearlessrevolution.com/viewtopic.php?t=19348 to teleport to the first step grace. This allows you to fast travel and use items again. However, you can't return to Ranni's rise or the bug comes back, but that won't really matter after having retrieved the fingerslayer blade.

I love how this is one of the first options for Souls players.

Make sure talk everyone, and be sure to go back to Ranni.

If I understand problems, exhaust all the dialogue. ( I may be misunderstanding, I apologize if that is the case.)
