NG is trivial, specially if your character is RL 200 or above.
Brought two other characters to DLC both of them lvl 150 and on NG, they had a slightly easier time.
NG+ compared to NG in DLC
the monsters and bosses have 15% more health and do 13% more damage.
poise damage resistance is the same for NG and NG+
NG2+ is the first where also poise damage is reduced by 5%
Honestly 15% more health and 13% more damage is the difference of ~ 2 sadu tree fragments.
Doesnt really matter much if you play NG or NG+ as your first DLC
can aswell just play NG and use 2 less sadutree fragment and its the same >-<
You shall not regret it!
Also i recomend you to stick to one character so you will become more and more powerful and what i posted above, new chances every cycle to complete NPC quests from another point of view and loot god tier <Everything>!
