Stand in that corner to read the dumb messages, then walk over to St. Trina and drink Kool-Aid, your bloodstain will appear in that corner.

It's a fad, basically.

When you do st trinsas quest you will have to die in that cave/room as you slurp her juices. Gotta repeat that 4 times and the bloodstains are magically appearing over there in that corner for no reason lol

It's 6 times actually, 4 times just to trigger her dialog, then 2 more times to exhaust all lines.

And bloodstains always lag a bit behind you, so if you walked over to that corner then back to St. Trina, this is where your bloodstain will show.
