Blaidd is gone

IDK what did I do wrong or missed but Blaidd only appeared once at Redmane Castle before the Radahn Festival started when I beat Radahn he’s supposed to be there at the field to be talked to but he’s not there or anywhere else even when I started Ranni quest line his mirror or souls or whatever that is where we should talked to Iji, Seluvis & Blaidd he’s not there either.
I even tried to atone at the Church of Vows but it says that I don’t have absolutions.

Anyone ever had this kind of thing?
What should I do?

if you left the boss arena before talking to him the quest progresses and hes now locked up in the evergaol

try going to Forlorn Hound Evergaol and see what happens.

like I said, he's not there after I beat Radahn so I can't talk to him coz he's not there I'm so confused right now coz in my previous play thru it never happens
