Yes, it do,so prepare to die if you start at NG+, lots of stuff to 1shot your OP build at the DLC.

Oh boy...A LOT, specially NG+ max. Lets just say last boss in NG+0 has 4613HP and in NG+max 66611. Also common monsters and bosses do much more damage and even boosts to their negative status resistances.

Apparently but I didn't notice it being that hard and I was on NG+5. I think the fragments make it a wash tbh
