PSA if you're using Seamless coop (or vanilla) on Linux and suddenly your saves are gone
If you're experiencing the following specific scenario I just did:

- You tried to play Vanilla Elden Ring or Seamless Coop on Linux (in my case, Ubuntu)
- Your saves are simply gone
- Your game is installed on a 2nd storage device (not your system drive)

For some reason, Elden Ring on Linux has stopped storing its save data in the "compatdata" directory found on the drive you have the game installed on. It's now saved inside your home directory regardless of what drive you have the game installed on.

For me, I have the game installed on a 2nd SSD but my saves were moved to the following folder:

"/home/{my_username}/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/compatdata/2555901231/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/AppData/Roaming/EldenRing/{my_steamID}/"

If you move your save files into this location it will start working again.

RTX 3070, no issues on my end.

What driver version are you running? I'm on 555.
