Bayle's Tyranny broken?

I don't know if I'm using it wrong or something but the AOE of the main damage roar only seems to hit one enemy even if I'm completely surrounded by enemies. The lava that spawns after the roar hits surrounding enemies but not the roar.

Yeh, his roar is a little janky. If you’re looking for a magma incantation, you can try Theodorix’s incant. It shoots out faster. Or you can go the magma blade route.

I Can agree with this, if your going for a lava/magma build the lava sword weapon art, and the Lava spit are the best things you can use imo. I also tried the Bayle's roar and outside of the single hit damage it was significantly less useful then Greyoll's Roar, which has a fast start up, cool down, and knocks back enemies much more consistently.

This particular spell makes me wish some of these spells were faster to cast but dealt slightly less damage to at least make them more usable in normal combat encounters.
