Download Intel(R) Extreme Tuning Utility from https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/17881/intel-extreme-tuning-utility-intel-xtu.html
Turn down your "Performance Core Ratio" by 3x (Mine was 55x as default -> 52x now). OP's was 57x by default, now it's 54x
Turn down "Core Voltage Offset" by -0,030V
I know, its kinda downgrading, but better than crashing.
You can find it also on reddit:

And here are some extra informations about intel:

Good luck with it!
Thank you so much !!!
I use to have a lot of crashs (like 1-2/ hours) and i followed your advice, download "extreme tuning utility" and turn down by 3x "perfomance core ratio" and the same for "efficient core ration". Until this move i had ZERO crash !!! in like 15hours of playing the game. For information i had crashs on loading screen and in the game itself.
My config : (i am curious if you have the same Processer in 14000 series like both of us ? )

all the i9s are kinda fcked outta the factory unfortunately, you need to flash bios or change some settings to reduce voltage. like the other guys said, probably under clock it a bit. at least on boost clocks. if youre tech savy check out buildzoids videos on the topic. always very helpful
