There's also of course, Yosh (Yoda), who is also very aggressive and fast, he's easily stance broken though

Others are more situational (greatly effective on certain boss , very useless on other:
Ornis , Jolan & Anna , Florissax , Yosh , Messmer soldiers , Inquisitor , Bigmouth.
In that video it did seem like the dlc spirit ashes were generally over performing.
I used the golem to tank my first playthough while I laid down spell support.
In that role golem was actually tankier then mimic.
Haven't used summons since then.
