How to make it fast?

My loading screen takes too long to join in game, but for some reason it doesn't do that with my friend, what can i do to make it faster?

Are we talking on different computers?
If So you Friend just has a faster PC...
An SSD, is going to be faster then a HDD... etc.

From what I can tell load times for the host are stupid fast compared to people who join you, assuming you are talking about co-op if some sort. Because if it’s separate computers of course it’s likely a hardware issue

Check your singleplayer load times. If it is as slow, it's your computer being too slow.
If you have a much faster load time solo, compared to a slower load during coop, it's due to how Elden Ring loads in data. Nothing you can do,

If you are the cooperator and the host has a ♥♥♥♥ internet connection, it will take longer for you to load into their world.

lower your settings, should make it so there's less to load and that should speed up the loading time.

Do you have the game on an SSD or a HDD?
If you don't have an SSD in your machine, get some.
