How do i obtain ROTTEN WINGED SWORD INSIGNIA when i already killed Millicent?

if you killed her there's no way to get it for the rest of that playthrough, either someone has to give it to you or you have to go into NG+. there is a weaker version of the talisman you can get inside a cave in liurnia I believe.
