Increased player count to support 127 players (this has only been tested up to 15)
Added PvP, PvE, and boss rush modes. You can access these with the shrines at roundtable hold and the Limgrave and Caelid arenas
Modified the way clients initially connect with each other
Fixed some inconsistencies with packet order
Removed the Varré quest line skip
Added visual effects to rot
Changed some mod icons

Seamless co-operative play

Simply put, the mod allows you to play with friends throughout the entirety of the game with no restrictions. With this, it's theoretically possible to play the game from the tutorial up to the final boss completely in one co-op session.

If a player dies, they will respawn in the same world at the last bonfire they rested at. The session will not be terminated.
Defeating enemy bosses and clearing areas no longer sends co-operators home.
All fog walls/barriers that usually restrict the multiplayer zone (along with their respective teleports) are gone.
All players can use torrent (assuming they have the whistle) in a session together.
All map waypoints will synchronise, allowing you to navigate the world in a group easier.
When one player rests at a Site of Grace, the world state will reset for all players. This is necessary to prevent enemy desync.
Game progression events completed in online play will also progress the game in your own world.
Varre's questline no longer needs invasions to progress
You can play with 5 other players in the open world.
An overhaul to Elden Ring's Peer-to-Peer connection system, using Steam's newer networking API

Players are free to explore the entire game map (overworld, underground, legacy dungeons, etc.) together, and may split up if they wish.

Follow the instructions on the mod page to get it set up. be sure to read all the details on the page, they are there for a reason.

The save file for RETAIL and SEAMLESS MOD are separate, meaning you will not be banned if you decide to return to RETAIL after using the mod. Pay attention to the mod details, as there are changes in the SEAMLESS world, including items.

what happened to all that saying that we were going to get some legal action to get it taken down from the net?

PSA: The seamless coop mod is actually illegal, don't use it.

I know this for sure because I found out the hard way. As part of a bet, I had to go to a catholic church and pretend at confession that I used the seamless mod to circumvent invasions. The priest listened patiently, then there was a long pause after which he said that I was going to burn in hell for that. He then called the cops on me.

In court, the opening statement of the state's attorney was just a long rant about making solo invasions mandatory again, to which both the judge and my public defender applauded. Then all three pointed down at me.

I am now in jail, seamless coop ruined my life even though I don't even use it.
