No, can't say I'm experiencing this. Is it the reanimation of all skeletons, or is it a specific skeleton in a specific area/dungeon? Most of the game runs super smooth for me, but Stormveil and parts of Lyndell get mildly choppy. But I've never had an issue with a specific type of enemy causing choppiness.
have you updated your drivers in the past several years?
I've heard of this but not experienced it.

Random observation: What's up with your RAM configuration? 3000MT/s RAM is roughly the cutoff for good performance with Elden Ring, but this also assumes that you are running in dual channel mode. With unmatched RAM modules you're likely only running in single channel mode which cuts your RAM bandwidth in half vs. dual channel mode. Also, 3600MT/s is the ideal RAM speed for Zen3 CPUs.

it's kinda random, sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't, and it can happen to any skeleton

no, I'm using 2 memories in dual channel, and the third memory in single, the computer gives priority to using the dual channel memories first, I already did the test of removing this third memory, but it had no effect, I saw other people complaining the same problem, it must be something from the game engine, because the game doesn't use half of anything on my computer

I know it's ideal, unfortunately I don't have the money to change memories whenever a new one comes out lol, I live in Brazil, here everything costs a kidney, and I don't have a problem with other games, that's all

I made a recording of the problem, look at the beginning of the post the video, as you can see it is completely random, so much so that it only happened on the last skeleton I killed

from what I understand, only the second animation that gives this framedrop, the one that raises some scratches upwards
