Rellana's Twin Blades
I had the stats for them and I'm just messing around in NG+ anyway, so why not...

...And they seem pretty good... But I don't see people going on about them being overpowered or anything so maybe there's just something wrong with them that my goofing around doesn't see?

I leveled up a new character for those swords cause I liked them so much. But not very strong I think. Very fun to use and looks cool. Fast moveset. But the weapon skill does not that much damage and is risky to use. Should get a buff in my opinion.

I tried a variety of things on the glintstone dragons floating around the top of the plateau as well as the red wolf poking around up there... They seemed to perform far better than expected, but that's hardly an objective test.

I am currently fighting malenia with them. Already beat all the other endgame bosses with them. They are not overpowered. Damage could be better. But they are not weak either. Overall very nice weapon.

I'm still used to my hoslow whips... that range tho.

I think it's more fun to find something that works than it is to try and break the game with mechanics or items that instantly gib the bosses. That's been the problem with NG+ to some extent, the first few bosses were basically trash mobs.

As long as it's not actively bad I guess it's good :steammocking:

Yeah, I'm with Lichtgestalt, they're firmly on the weaker end of well-balanced. They're flashy, just not super heavy hitters and not good for status buildup. Not every weapon has to be obscenely OP though. If they're fun, it's all good.

Optimal build does not equal optimal fun...
Just sayin'
