Please help me with graphics settings
I have Dell G15 laptop , i5 12500H , 12 cores ,16 threads ,rtx 3050 4gb , 16gb ram , 512 gb SSD. I have tried the low settings and it gives me 35-40 fps if my player isn't moving and while in combat , it drops even more. I searched on Google and an article provided me with custom settings and it provided me with 59 fps when my player isn't moving while in combat it dropped to 32 fps. The fps fluctuates a lot and stuttering often. What should I do ?

Right now , my advanced settings are a mixture of low and medium with motion blur and DOF off. I am getting. While free roaming , I get 40-50 fps and while in combat with tree sentinel , it keeps fluctuating. Sometimes it's between 30-40 and then 40-50. Fps is not stable.

When my player is away from boss and run towards him , I get 45-55 fps whereas when I am just a little distance away from him , the fps drops down.

Maybe lock ur fps to 30 so atleast u wont notice the fluctuation so much.

Go into your Nvidia app, set up a custom Elden Ring profile, and lock your frame rate to 30 fps. That is about all your system can handle.

There are other settings that could be tweaked. Here are some additional things to adjust:

12500h is a e core CPU, e cores make a lot of performance problems if you run the system at windows 10 at windows 11 it can also cause problems (sometimes) so the test would be to deactivate e cores to check if this is the case.
