Milady as mainhand and Ledas sword as offhand with winged stance ash of war, thoughts?

I have 80 in dex, strength, and faith to get the most out of the two weapons. How good will this build be?

Leda's is a DEX weapon with Faith requirement, but at that level it probably wouldnt matter (I'd put points from Str to End or Vig since Str has no effect here)
