Dying from bugged fall damage.

When i jump to fight Putrescent Knight ,50% of time i die from fall damage,is that new bug?

really dumb question, but are you actually jumping where you're supposed to? not like, you know, off the side of the ledge?

Are you jumping off in the same place and same direction every time? If you wander off too far to the side, I believe that can happen.

from stone head at the edge ,when i jump or just walk and fall down i sometimes die,it's random

Urgh.....50% of all your attempts? I killed him plenty of times and never suffered this "bug"....But then again, gravity is the main boss of all the Souls games and i died more times i can count from using the wind vortex before Castle Sol.....

Anyways do you roll or do anything out of the ordinary before jumping down?

just run and fall down or jump down,nothing else...

I rolled, jumped down and saw other phantoms jump no one ever died from fall damage.
Maybe verify integrity of Steam files...
