Is the Antspur Rapier missable?

The NPC that drops it isn't there and it definitely isn't in my inventory.

Well I apparently killed them at some point and they didn't drop it, because I don't have it.

i'd double check their spawn location just to make sure, and check your item box as well, if you are the type to store things, its a simple mistake to store it.

No, it's not missable. Maleigh Marais is NOT an NPC invader, and thus will always appear, regardless of what else you've done on a save. He also drops the items directly into your inventory, so you can't miss picking them up.

So double check the following: your inventory, including your storage chest, that you're in the right location, then the location. If both the weapon and NPC are still missing, I guess your game is just bugged.
