I want to get to fortisax ,but Rogier died before giving me the Cursemark of Death
What happened he was talking ,then he fell asleep I went to get the knifeprint becuase fia would not give me the map ,and when I got back he was already dead ,and now his corpse aint eve there ,can I even get to the dragon anymore, or get the Inseparable Sword? This is so confusing and frustrating ,fia is just sitting next to godwyn and does not appear to be falling asleep anytime soon... :jawaevil:

Rogier does not give you the cursemark.

It appears I am chasing the wrong truck and need to work for the blue witch.. :^(

Go through the Ranni simp questline until she gives you the inverted statue. Then, head to the Carian Study Hall.

Rogier will lead you to Ranni but not actually give you the Cursemark.
