been to the part of the map for the first time and after beating the boss in the garden I found St. Trina dead (already killed Radahn), can I somehow realive her or is there no way to still do her quest?

She's dead for the run at that point. She's part of Miquella, so when Miquella dies, she dies.

For further insight, her quest St. Trina assigns you is to kill Miquella hence your situation of being unable to complete it since it is already done.
