I think Consort Radahn is too hard and needs a nerf.
Alright, so now that I have your attention, I just need help on a few attacks that I can't seem to dodge right. I have used Ashes of War that grant an i-frames, but I'd like to use regular dodge rolls and backsteps.

Phase 1 has that diabolical cross slash attack pattern that starts with his left sword. I can dodge one swing but then get caught with the other. I can semi-consistently dodge this attack with light loads, but at the cost at being within light load damage negations.

Phase 2 has Radahn's mirage attacks and also certain combo finishers that spam light beams everywhere. If I dodge his initial clones, the final swing from his real self catches me. I can also dodge the "regular" combos that spam light beams in front of him, but get caught by the light beams that scatter around him when he does the finishers. I actually can't get the hang of dodging these beams like what I've seen from no-hit attempt videos.

Basically, where should I stand and which directions should I dodge towards so I can fully no-hit these attack patterns?

I miss the days where it was simple as "You see attack. You dodge it." and we didn't need these idiotic flowcharts of "Ok so you stand specifically next to Maliketh's left foot and dodge this specific attack in this specific direction".

One button solves all.
Back to our Dark Rolls 3 roots.

for the double slash its all positing. You wanna try and hug the left to prevent him from throwing it. If he does when ur on the right dodge diagonally back left. For the after image attack i like to count down when the actual hit is coming and just run from the mirage. For the holy damage after effects dodge into him or the opposite direction of his sword.

1 solution:
Go light weight.

For 2nd stage light-diarrhea-show there is no solution.

nah consort radahn is okay. i can get him down to 1/4 health with using around 10 healthpotions. its just about dodge and timing, and i dont realy play that much soulslikes.

the hardest game is probably demon souls. that make you suffer :D

Alright, so like, where should I stand and which directions should I dodge towards so I can fully no-hit these attack patterns?

It's not even that it's too hard. It's just phase 2 is too stupid lmfao.

dodge initialatack

dodge into radahn with that 5/6 attack combo

dodge away at the purple gravity pull to avoid thorns.

dondt use more than on or two attacks, depens on the speed of your meele.

use spirit ashes if you have problems.

everyting else is timing and learning.

Alright, so like, where should I stand and which directions should I dodge towards so I can fully no-hit these attack patterns for the attack patterns I've mentioned in the original post?

dodge left and back step. you can walk back and if your distance is just right, he will miss you on the normal attacks even the magic ones. i moved around him clockwise. i used mimic and both npc summons with bleed. everyone is right, dont' get greedy and just hit twice max. takes time but he goes down. I also used the new shield to take hits. big life saver.

Radahn's first phase is ... OKAY? ish? Like once you can reliably parry him -- especially using cold weapons, its not THAT terrible but Phase 2 is where it goes to complete ♥♥♥♥ IMO.
