For noobs - don't overlook Green Turtle Talisman (best tali IMO)

It is one of the best items & most underrated in the game - stamina regen/endurance management is more important IMO than either health or doing damage. SO yea, it is one of those talisman that once you equip it you never take off unless you are maybe doing some meme/troll/stack build but even then I would still leave it in.

It took some getting used to especially for pvp but all said and done yea I think it's a lot better.

felt bad getting crouch poked out of max hyper armor frames of a colossal charged R2 around launch time

Poise really is pretty specific to playstyle/setup but health, stamina, and FP are generally always useful no matter the situation, and synergize better with defense increases
