For noobs - don't overlook Green Turtle Talisman (best tali IMO)

It is one of the best items & most underrated in the game - stamina regen/endurance management is more important IMO than either health or doing damage. SO yea, it is one of those talisman that once you equip it you never take off unless you are maybe doing some meme/troll/stack build but even then I would still leave it in.

if I have a slot that isn't being used for global %-based AP boosts of some kind, it usually goes to boosting my heal > boosting my % damage reduction > boosting item discovery/rune acquisition/stamina recovery > situational damage boosts/full health AP or DR boost

seems like a trap talisman to me, it trys to solve a problem that the talisman creates. it causes you to play like a spaz instead of being patient which will lead you to take more damage and die more

It just improves stamina recovery speed. Playing like a spaz and being impatient is not an effect of the talisman, I assure everyone

Yup, it can help in general when using weapons or spells that consume a lot of stamina.

Or yeah, a more aggressive playstyle with faster weapons.

Just manage stamina better. The best talismans for melee are Erdtree and Bull-Goat - the rest are situational for me.

Erdtree is the biggest trap ever and bullgoat only applies if you care about reaching 51 poise
