Modded Character Question

Hi there,

I've been playing offline for the most part so I can use mods to unlock framerate and adjust FoV. I also have a single character out of my 10 characters that I maxed out weapons on just to try them.

My question is can I log back on to the servers and play online as long as I don't use that modded character or would I need to delete it?

Edit: The mod I used doesn't change game files. It's Flawless Widescreen. Just more curious if having a single modded character will flag me for a ban even if I never actually play on that character while online.
