[potential spoilers] So HOW do you think, will we enter the DLC?
I mean, we already know WHERE to enter it, but I doubt we simply walk up to it and enter.
I am assuming, we need some kind of item (consumable or maybe a new Prattling Pate or slt.).

We also know, that we have to kill Mohg (obviously) and Radahn. But iirc they did not explain why we had to kill Radahn and were a bit like "we can't explain why yet, it will make sense when the DLC drops", right?

My guess with this is, that this new special item we need will be found either in Nokron (which I doubt, even though it would be a logical conclusion) or (and I do believe much more in this than Nokron) it will be hidden somewhere in the War-Dead Catacombs. Which we also only can enter after Radahn is defeated.

What do you think?

I'm guessing you walk up to the cocoon and press Y to trigger a cutscene, myself.

Touch miquellas hand will probably be a prompt, it might usher in shadows and with some cool effects open up to see us the shadow realm

Already been confirmed by previews, you just touch the hand and teleport. You have to kill radahn for lore reasons. Possibly something to do with why malenia fought him most likely on behalf of miquella.

Not gonna lie, that would indeed be kinda disappointing if you really just walk up to it with no additional prerequisite, like "have item xy in your inventory or else you get a "Alas, nothing happened" prompt"

If I HAD to guess, I would say that you walk up and put your ween in the hand then you are flung into the distance, personally.

A hand will grab you just like in ds1 and 3.
