New shadow bug

Couple days ago i started a file for the dlc after not playing for some time. everything looked fine.
now i start to have strange shadow bugs.
Some shadows are just pitch black (like a single bush in a corner) and the often flicker when i move the camera. i look forward, the space beneath me looks normal i look down the space beneath me becomes pitch black. i tried all kinds of settings, raytracing on and off aswell as updated drivers.
any one else with this problem?
